Render, cladding, trims, fascia and gutters — washed down, properly prepared and finished to hold up outdoors.
Exterior surfaces take the weather full-on, so how a job is prepared matters more outside than almost anywhere else. On our exterior jobs, surfaces are washed down first and left to dry out properly, joins and patched areas are checked and made good, and a masonry sealer or primer goes on before topcoats so the finish draws evenly over old and new work.
We paint rendered walls, cladding, fascia, gutters, downpipes, window surrounds, entry doors and timber fencing, working wet edge to wet edge across each elevation to avoid banding on large flat wall planes. Fittings like wall lights, meter boxes and downpipe brackets are masked individually rather than painted over.
Surfaces are washed down and left to dry before any priming or painting — the step most exterior jobs skip.
Exterior membranes and acrylics chosen to handle sun, rain and everyday weather across South East Queensland.
From rendered facades to weatherboard and timber trim, fascia and gutters finished to match.
Masking, drop sheets and debris are cleared from the site once the job is done.
We discuss the scope of your exterior — walls, trim, fascia, gutters — and your timeline.
We assess the current condition of the render, cladding or timber and identify any problem areas.

Peeling or flaking paint is scraped and sanded back so the new coating has a sound surface to bond to.
Joins, cracks and patched areas are checked and made good before priming.
A masonry sealer or exterior primer is applied so topcoats draw evenly across old and new surfaces.
Wall lights, meter boxes, downpipe brackets and window frames are masked individually.
Two coats of exterior membrane or acrylic are applied wet edge to wet edge to avoid banding.
Fascia, gutters, downpipes and window surrounds are cut in by hand for sharp, clean lines.
Masking and debris are cleared and the site is left tidy.
