Epoxy & Concrete Coatings Brisbane

Garage and concrete floors ground back, coated and finished for a hard-wearing, easy-to-clean surface.

A good epoxy floor starts with the slab. Concrete is cleared, ground back and vacuumed to give the coating a clean mechanical key, oil spots are degreased, and any cracks or pinholes are filled before priming — skip this step and even a good-looking epoxy job won't hold up.

From there, an epoxy base is rolled out and, where a flake finish is wanted, broadcast through the body of the floor for grip and to help hide everyday marking, then back-rolled and sealed with a clear topcoat for a surface that's easy to sweep and built to handle daily use.

01

Crack Repair & Surface Grinding

Concrete is ground back and cracks or pinholes filled before coating — proper slab prep, not a quick coat over the top.

02

Flake, Metallic & Solid Colour Finishes

Finish options to suit the look and practicality you’re after.

03

Chemical & Abrasion Resistant

A clear topcoat seals the finish for everyday durability and easy cleaning.

04

Garage, Warehouse & Showroom Floors

From double garages to larger commercial concrete areas.

Our Process

01

Consultation

We talk through your space, the finish you want, and your timeline.

02

Slab Inspection

We assess the concrete in person for cracks, oil staining and overall condition.

03

Clearing & Grinding

The slab is cleared and ground back to give the coating a clean mechanical key.

04

Degreasing

Oil spots and contamination are degreased before any coating work begins.

05

Crack & Pinhole Repair

Cracks and pinholes are filled so they don’t telegraph through the finish.

06

Masking & Cut-In Lines

Perimeters, thresholds and wall junctions are taped so the coating finishes on a straight line.

07

Epoxy Base Coat

An epoxy base is rolled out across the prepared slab.

08

Flake Broadcast

Where a flake finish is chosen, flake is broadcast through the body of the floor for grip and to hide marking.

09

Clear Topcoat

The floor is back-rolled and sealed with a clear topcoat for a hard-wearing, easy-to-sweep finish.

10

Curing & Handover

The floor is left taped off to cure before the space is used again.

Floors Prepared Properly
