Painted deck finishes give solid, opaque colour and tend to hide the timber grain, while a stain or oil lets the natural grain show through and generally needs recoating more often. Coat & Cure works with both approaches — we’ve sanded back and re-oiled hardwood decking to bring the natural grain and colour up, and we also offer UV-resistant stains and coatings depending on the timber and the finish you want.
