Walls, ceilings, doors and trim repainted through a three-bedroom home.
A full interior repaint through a three-bedroom home at Forest Lake, covering the open-plan living and dining area, hallway, bedrooms, and all doors and trim. Walls and ceilings were washed down, filled and sanded before sealing — older patched areas and nail pops were spot-primed so the topcoats would sit even across the whole surface. Walls were rolled in two coats of a clean white in low-sheen and ceilings finished flat, keeping the rooms bright without throwing glare off the ceiling under the batten and pendant lights. Doors, frames, skirting and architraves were cut in by hand and finished in semi-gloss for durability and easy cleaning — the doors were taken back and recoated rather than replaced. Ceiling roses, smoke alarms and light fittings were masked individually and cut around by hand. Tiled floors, carpet and the client's remaining furniture were fully sheeted for the duration of the job, and the site was swept and cleared at the end of each day.
